Bluetooth Double Rocker Wall Switches are universal energy harvesting wireless switches.
These switches transmit the button status based on the Bluetooth Low Energy radio standard.
The PTM 215B module within the EWSDB contains an electro-dynamic energy transducer which is actuated by the rocker movement. Whenever a rocker is pushed down or released, electrical energy is created and Bluetooth signals are transmitted, identifying the rocker status (pushed or released).
“Long” or “Short” rocker pressing can be calculated by the receiver. This enables switching, dimming control or even the control of slat blinds.
