LightVision360™: Evolving our service around what customers actually need

Most office lighting projects don’t fail because of a bad luminaire. They fail in the moments between decisions – when responsibility blurs, assumptions get made, and communication breaks down.
That’s exactly the challenge LightVision360™ by Mount Lighting was created to address. It’s our complete end-to-end process, built around how commercial lighting projects actually unfold and, crucially, where they most often go wrong. It’s not a slogan or a brochure phrase, it’s a commitment to clarity, consistency and confidence at every stage of a project.

From the very first design proposal through to post-project support, LightVision360™ is designed to make complex bespoke lighting and wireless lighting control projects feel straightforward and professionally delivered. And while we’ve always worked this way, recent customer feedback has made one thing very clear: customers want less friction. They want information earlier, decisions made faster and handovers that actually land on time.
An end-to-end process that actually stays end-to-end
What does end-to-end responsibility look like in practice? LightVision360™ breaks the process down into seven clear stages that keep projects aligned, without ambiguity or blind spots.

It starts with a design proposal. Get a detailed quotation that doesn’t just list products, but includes scheduled breakdowns, datasheets and BIM/DWG files so teams can make informed decisions up front.

Next comes technical and lighting controls design, where smart product selection is combined with precise lighting calculations and a fully mapped-out control strategy.

Nothing moves forward until the client has approved the final designs, layouts and tailored quotation, ensuring everyone is on the same page before manufacture begins.

Manufacture happens in our own Bedfordshire facility with a shared delivery date and ongoing updates to reduce surprises and keep programmes on track.

Support doesn’t stop there. When it’s time for installation, we offer expert technical support by actual electricians for electricians, whether that’s installation guidance or help with troubleshooting Casambi.

Then there’s on-site commissioning, where systems are fine-tuned to agreed control strategies and handed over with real confidence that they’ll perform as intended.

The process doesn’t end there. Post-project support includes maintenance visits, firmware updates and Casambi control updates.

That level of attention at each stage matters because so many of the real risks in lighting projects lie in the transitions – the assumptions that aren’t questioned, the information that arrives too late, the decisions that are rushed or unclear.

Built around real experience
We haven’t evolved LightVision360™ based on internal convenience or marketing trends. We’ve shaped it around how customers actually work and where projects hit friction. Over the last year, research and conversations with contractors, designers and specifiers have made that feedback unmistakable: lighting projects are moving faster, technical decisions are squeezed into shorter windows, and clarity matters more than ever.

That’s why the next phase of LightVision360™ isn’t about adding layers of service. It’s about reducing ambiguity and smoothing the joints between stages, teams and responsibilities. It’s about being clearer where we add value and standardising what should be standardised.
