Green Park’s office covers approximately 5,352 sq ft. on the fourth floor of the discreetly located Partnership House. The property has fantastic commuter access and sits adjacent to Victoria Station, a key London terminus.
Partnership House is an island site and benefits from excellent natural light on all sides. Still, the project’s contractor needed innovative commercial lighting to help the interior and employees reach their full potential. Mount supplied samples to the contractor so that they could experience the quality and features for themselves.
Our London-based design team worked with the company’s new CAT B design and checked all lux levels to guarantee the installation complied with relevant regulations. Our team also supplied LED lighting products for the offices, conference rooms, reception areas, toilets, communal break-out areas, and hallways.
The office’s interior is striking and contemporary, with lustrous marbled floors, modern white furnishings and standout centrepieces such as the impressive boardroom table and adjoining gold and black meeting room seating. Mount supplied the sleek suspended M-Line with gold casing to emphasise the polished appearance of the meeting space while cohesively uniting the furnishing elements.
M-Line lighting was also supplied for the work areas of the office as it offers even, reliable output. While offering warm ambient light, it also doubles up as efficient task lighting that supports employee welfare and productivity. Multiple ranges of architectural downlights were also supplied.
The recessed downlights were utilised throughout Green Park’s office, from the beautiful, welcoming reception area to the kitchen. All models of the luminaire, including the Lumaled and Epic downlights, meet the clean aesthetic of the commercial interior while offering functionality and atmosphere throughout.
All lighting supplied by Mount complements the biophilic accents and focal points in the office, including the moss wall full of accolades.
